3. Operation instructions for vertical mixer
(1) A dry run test machine should be carried out before use. (2) Dry run test machine test. It can be used normally only if there is no abnormal noise, high heating of the bearing gear, and direct temperature rise of the reducer.
(3) If it is necessary to scrape the material on the inner barrel wall of the machine during operation, use bamboo and wood tools and do not use your hands to avoid injury to your hands;
(4) If it is found that the machine vibrates abnormally or makes abnormal strange noises during use, the large plastic vertical mixer should be stopped immediately for a comprehensive inspection;

(6) The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing screw should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the plastic.
