Working Principle of a Ribbon Blender:

Rotation of Ribbons: The motor drives both the inner and outer helical ribbons. The inner ribbon typically moves material towards the ends of the trough, while the outer ribbon moves material towards the center.

Discharge: Once the mixing process is complete, the blended material can be discharged from the ribbon blender. This is typically done through a bottom discharge valve or port.
