1. ABF-M1000L Liquid Washing Homogenizer Mixer machine for liquid soap mixing adopts single-direction or doubledirection scraping blending and frequency. conversion speed adjustment,
so as to satisfy product of different technological requirements.
2. According to technological requirements, the materials can be heated or cooled. The heating method can be chosen steam or electric heating according to customer.
3. Various forms of blending vanes are suitable for production of different types of products.
4. Made of imported SUS304 or SUS306L stainless steel. The tank body and pipe are carried out mirror polishing.
5. Vacuum pump can be equipped to carry out vacuum defoaming (optional).
6. Bottom installation type dispersing head and emulsifying head are optional to speedup dissolution and emulsification of materials.
7. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise the operation of equipment, and display data, such temperature and blending rotation speed etc.

Usage
This unite is available for manufacturing liquid products(such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel, ect) It integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharging finished products and fefoaming(optional)functions. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.
Performance And Features
The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency conventer for speed adjustment, so that high quality products with different process can satyisfy customer requirements.
The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES, AESA, LSA, ect. During the liquid detergent production process so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period.
The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
According to customer’s requirement, the tank can heat and cool materials.
The heating way include steam heating & electric heating. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.
