Technical Description：
All the Sigma Kneader / Mixer& Z Blade Kneader / Z Blade Mixer we make are heavy duty structure.
The machines are widely used for mixing in the fields of: chemical, rubber, plastic, silicon, gum, tooth paste,dough,hot melt adhesive,soap,paint, printing ink, carbon, food stuff, medicine ,BMC CMC,ceramic paste,starch,etc, Mixing room and agitating blades are all made by stainless steel, the jacket of mixing room can be designed for electric oil heating,steam heating or water cooling. Discharge ways include hydraulic tilt, screw extruder and bottom valve discharge etc.
Sigma Mixer Kneader Machine is uses for uniform mixing of semi solid materials. Machine consist of U trough bowl with two ‘Z’ shape blades each rotates in opposite direction for proper mixing of material. Machine equipped with suitable capacity motor & gearbox decided as per characteristics of the product & process. Equipment is provided with Jacket arrangement for heating or cooling applications. We manufacture Sigma Mixer Kneader in capacity ranging from 5 kgs. up to 5000 kgs.

Sigma Mixer Working Principle
Kneader Mixer, also called Sigma Mixer, is an industrial machine used for mixing, kneading, and blending materials, especially high-viscosity and highly cohesive substances. The working principle of a kneader mixer involves a unique design that ensures thorough and efficient mixing.
Operation of Sigma Blade Mixer
In operation, material is loaded through the top of the container to typically 40 to 65 percent of the mixer’s total volumetric capacity. The rotation of the blades is through heavy duty drive systems typically consisting of a motor, gearbox, couplings, and gears. The tip speed of the sigma mixer is generally limited to 60 metres per minute. Mixing may be carried out at ambient temperature or under controlled temperature conditions. The mixer troughs can be provided with jackets for circulation of hot or cold media to maintain the required temperature conditions within the mixer. The discharge of the material from the mixer container is either by tilting of the mixer container, bottom discharge valve (see figure 5), or through an extruder / screw located in the lower portion between the two trough compartments. The mixer may be equipped with any one of these discharge arrangements. The tilting discharge arrangement is most common. The tilting arrangement of the container may be designed for manual operation or may be mechanized using motorized or hydraulic arrangement.
